Designated Senior Advocate by the Full Court of the High Court in 1999.

Garnered fulsome experience in Income Tax and related laws as Senior Standing Counsel for Income Tax Department between 1991-99

Engaged to appear as a Special Counsel for Govt. of India in high value important central excise matters in Madhya Pradesh.

Consulted and engaged by companies in corporate disputes of various varieties and shades; BIFR, Securitization, Problems of non-performing asses to majority-minority disputes, winding off, merger, amalgamation and demergers of a wide range and other matters and issues affecting companies.

Persistent exposure of commercial laws and litigation. Expounded and intricately sensitized the logic, affect and reach of financial tax and other commercial through an interpretative process to facilitate and translate floor level action.

Recognizable exposure of alternative system of dispute resolution, arising out of commercial and other agreements, before national and international board of Arbitration over wide spectrum of subject matter: ranging from business, trade and commerce of electricity, water, forest, road, power, telecommunication, power projects etc.

A strong proponent of harmonization of Stamp Duty rates so as to use it as an instrument of economic change.

New activist interpretation of distributive justice emerged in different spheres and subjects like land revenue, medical admission, land allotment and distribution, reservation in posts and seats, Panchayati Raj as a unit of self governance cooperative act and movement and other probono fields.

Invited by the prestigious Indo-Canadian Chambers of Commerce in Toronto, Canada, in March, 2001, to address its members on changes in our fiscal laws.

Twice nominated as member of the National Waste Management Council by the Central Government.

Chairman, Justice Tankha Memorial Rotary Institute for Handicapped and Spastic Children; a school dedicated to the cause of mentally challenged and disabled children.

District Governor:- Rotary International district 3260(M. P., Chhattisgarh and Orissa)- 2001-02. awarded the prestigious international Global Quest Award at Barcelona international convention for adding 43 new clubs, motivating more than 1800 new members to join Rotary movement. The award was given on 24th of June, 2002 at Barcelona( Spain) in the presence of 25,000 Rotarians worldwide.
